      Pros

      The product really is amazing and many of the employees who work here are great people. The office is always stocked with free beer and lunch is frequently provided. The free shuttle from nyc to the office is also a big plus, the drivers are super friendly!

      Cons

      Management is awful. The problem starts at the very top and trickles all the way down. There is no transparency here. People are fired and then the company goes out of their way to hide it. No annual reviews, no raises, no sick days, limited PTO. Since covid we are working crazy hours, you never feel off the clock, turnover is increasing rapidly (despite the company doing well), and moral is at an all time low. Don't be fooled by all these one or two line 5 star reviews that management is having HR write. Yes, your experience will vary depending on your department and many of us feel lucky just to have a job but that never excuses such poor treatment.
