      There is none. The only thing that is great is the product.

      This company use to be great. One of the best isv partners of salesforce. We are joke now. They don’t how to mange, the new leadership team is a joke. There behind times they need to figure a lot out. When I was here they use to care about us but the last couple months that touch went away. Management just looks at dashboards all day. Why doesn’t anyone actually figure out our how we sell more. The cro isn’t ownback he’s a big tech guy that doesn’t belong here. This company needs to go back to its roots what made this company. We have so much to offer but they don’t know what they’re doing. HR and marketing are a joke in this company. They need to rehire in those two departments. There literally idiots sorry not trying to be rude. I would say if your interviewing run away this company they need a revamp. Get rid of most leadership here and get real proven leaders who can turn this ship around.

      We agree with you on our products being great, but that’s about it. Change is not easy, but great companies lead throughout times of transition and know when to pivot. That’s exactly what we have done in the past and will continue to do as we grow. Our goal has always been to help companies protect their mission-critical data. That is what steers and will always steer our ship. We don’t have much to say in terms of your opinion on our talented and innovative Marketing and HR teams. Our continued success says it all.

      Leadership Decisions Are Not Invoking Employee Confidence

      Great day-to-day teams. The people who actually do the work are really great at what they do. Free lunches if in office. Unlimited PTO policy. Great 401k matching policy. 3% match and 1/2% matches up to 5%.

      Cons

      Concerning that there was a massive layoff in November and then they pushed all of the annual reviews for remaining employees that is typically in December to sometime in Q1. It appears they are preparing to make more unannounced decisions before compensation increases or they are preparing to freeze them altogether. One of the key values OwnBackup preaches is Trust through Transparency and there hasn't been a lot of clear communication internally as to the actual reasons behind decisions leadership is making and its impacting the employee confidence for those that are doing the daily work.

This year, we have launched our annual assessment process, an opportunity for employees to share their wins, plan for their career development, have open and honest conversations with their managers regarding their performance, build trust, and increase transparency.       1. Terrible "Leadership" more like VC pawns. They admit they are cogs in the wheel and know at a given notice this company would implode from the backdoor deals they have done with tech giants. 2. Culture - Toxic culture built on alcohol and mediocre sales reps who played the political game. Don't trust a word they say. 3. They will blame being an international company HQd in Israel as a reason to force people back into the office. They don't trust their employees to work hard wherever they are so they hide behind the mirage of culture and togetherness in a crappy office 4. Overall lack morales. At the end of the day its a decent product but the people in leadership and management ruin it. They just lack a moral compass and will do anything to get ahead. Its truly an insignificant offering when compared to what competitors are coming out with but leadership and managers act like there isnt any competition.
