• World-class team of people. People here are intimidatingly great in every role. Even people in entry-level positions. They are brilliant, move fast, kind, and care deeply about our customers. • Seeing customer impact first-hand. I've seen more than 10 customers call our product life-changing, which feels really powerful. • Freedom to build, and make an impact how you see best. You can just do things at Owner – there's no bureaucracy or systems holding you back. It's extremely powerful. I've been very pleasantly surprised by how much founder DNA is on this team, and how many great people (even without founder backgrounds) operate with such ownership.

Cons

• Intense, which I love but is not for everyone.

Pros

Talent density is super high. The engineering team is small and nimble, and there's a lot of opportunity to own big initiatives and grow with the company. Love the culture and company is focused on safe guarding it as we scale. Strong momentum in the product and the company's financials.

Cons

Not a con, but the bar the velocity and ownership is high and this may not be interesting for everyone.
