Pros

Overall this has been one of the best tech companies I have had the pleasure of working at. The leadership team communicates effectively (VERY IMPORTANT). The product market fit is amazing and is helping so many independent restaurant operators. The fully remote position is amazing for life/work balance. They set you up for success immediately with all the tools to do your job remotely. The culture of the company is all about working together and building the company. Everyone makes an impact and when you do - the leadership team is amazing at rewarding and praising the work done.

Cons

I do not see any Con's working for this company. Each employee is treated with respect and they are building a great collaboration culture.

Pros

Unbelievable culture- truly love everyone that is part of the company, genuinely good human beings! Everyone is an Owner at Owner! Each individuals contributions directly impact the success of the company and can be seen almost immediately which is extremely rewarding Leadership team is AMAZING! Very transparent! Each department is loaded with unbelievable talent, some of the best and brightest have joined this company

Cons

Cannot think of any,! An excellent company with huge potential/growth opportunity!

Pros

- Leadership listens to concerns - Strong team members are promoted - Multiple team retreats per year - Help local restaurant owners (and visit sometimes!) - Customer-focused: product chats with customers + decentralized idea process - Fully remote: super flexible

Cons

- Processes still improving - early startup (expenses, IT, HR) - Some of the deployment processes are not the best, so have to work occasionally late or weekends (but there is lots of flexibility) They generally give lots of flexibility in general, but expect high performance.
