      Pros

      Came from a company with over 4K+ employees selling enterprise grade technology. Never expected to be so close to my coworkers in such a short time off the bat. Everyone is so personable and helpful and they always collaborate with one another, even upper management. The solution works & has the capability to disrupt the big players in the industry, great experience so far & hoping to stick around for the long haul.

      Cons

      Offer Kaiser & Aetna for healthcare coverage, so may have to establish care with a new doctor but this is more of a personal con and not really to do with the company.

      1. the product and the team building the product are exceptional at their job. the ability to constantly improve/fix is unlike anything I've ever seen. 2. Adam's vision for the company is truly inspiring and he dedicates everything to this company so it's incredible to know winning is the only outcome for the company. 3. all departments quality to hiring is great meaning we're focused on building a generational company.

      You're helping build a startup. if that frightens you or you think it'll too much, really ask yourself is that something you want.

      * Opportunities to work on green field projects * Opportunities to build fundamental infrastructure that will shape product development * Mission-driven company (helping small business owners) * Collaborative engineering culture; work with talented, passionate and helpful engineers.

      Cons

      If you view these as "cons" instead of opportunities for how you can have impact, then Owner isn't for you: * Missing some fundamental infrastructure & engineering processes (it's a young company) * Fast-paced product development process. "Move fast" as a value has downsides, but if you're bought in, you'll do well. * There will be growing pains as both the company direction changes and engineering tech stack evolves.
