      Pros

      Owner is a great team where you feel like you are really making a difference. The mission at the company is a very easy one to get behind and it does feel good to truly be helping small businesses.

      Cons

      As with most tech companies, people come and go- always want to be proving your worth.

      - Talent density is extremely high within each company department - Treated like a human, not an employee - Fast-paced company culture and product development - Performance is rewarded and not overlooked

      Cons

      - If you're not looking for a fast-paced work environment, this wouldn't be the place for you

      Pros

      Excellent people, fantastic culture, great mission. Empathetic leadership, but with very high hiring standards. Very excited to grow my career here and I feel very optimistic about the company's future. I love that the company is 100% remote but travels to meet in person a few times a year - really the best of both worlds.

      Cons

      It is small and scrappy, which I don't really see as a con but good for candidates to be aware that this is a start-up and there is still plenty of building to do.
