Good Company To Learn Sales, Very Micromanagey and Long Hours
Pros
The managers here actually take the time to coach, which has been extremely helpful for me. You can tell they care about people’s growth. The office has a good energy overall, and I get to work with really smart, motivated teammates. It also feels good to be part of a company that’s growing fast. The product is solid and genuinely helps restaurant owners, so I feel confident and happy talking about it.
Cons
I’ve seen a couple of XDRs move up into AE roles since I’ve been here, but it doesn’t seem to be a regular thing. One thing that feels a little unusual is that managers encourage the whole team to start the day with group meditation. I find it a bit awkward doing that with coworkers to be honest. It kind of gives off a worhshipy kind of vibe. The hours are also long. If you’ve got a demo to hand off to an AE first thing in the morning or later in the evening (especially with PST leads), you might end up staying in the office way outside of regular working hours, especially at the end of the month.
