      Pros

      I started at Owner recently and have only great things to say. The interview process gives you a good sense of how lovely everyone here is. There is a lot of support and people are very invested in the customer experience. So far it has been a great experience and really interesting work. There is a lot of opportunity to make an impact from what I can see so far!

      Cons

      Startup life is startup life, lots of changes but if you're able to roll with those it isn't really a con - change is necessary and they communicate it well.
