One word comes to mind from my time at Owner.com: Excellence. Every person is very intelligent, wants to learn and wants to win in a huuuggge way. Usually you'd find pockets of arrogance/toxicity/maneuvering in this type of sales org. Owner has 0. Not one person and if there are, they get weeded out quickly. They've created a phenomenal culture that is palpable when you walk into the office. Owner is a rocket and if you get the opportunity to be apart of it, jump on it. I only left to move home to New Zealand, otherwise, would've happily stayed.

Even though I’ve only been in this role for about two months, I can honestly say it’s been a great experience so far. From day one, I was welcomed into a friendly and supportive environment where everyone is willing to help and collaborate. The work culture is positive and inclusive, and it’s clear that people genuinely enjoy being part of the team. What stands out most is how understanding and approachable the management is — they really listen and make you feel valued. I’m excited to keep growing here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to work.
