      Pros

      There are many advantages. One of the main ones is the ability to work remotely — I believe this is a huge plus and a real privilege. The environment is also very friendly, and everyone is always willing to help. The tools are user-friendly, and most importantly, communication is strong and effective across the team. Additionally, there are a lot of opportunities for growth, which makes it an even more motivating place to work.

      Cons

      I would say the training could be improved. There should be more hands-on practice to better prepare for handling the most difficult calls or scenarios that may come up.

      - clear direction & strong leadership, high performing culture and a team that wins - amazing product and a true mission driven org - expectations are high but it pushes you to do your best work and you're surrounded by incredibly smart and hard working talent - great pay and a remote environment - From the moment of the first interview to my first day, the team was incredibly welcoming and supportive - such a great candidate experience and early onboarding experience

      Cons

      Nothing that I can think of. High expectations = high intensity, the bar is high and you have to work hard to meet it. This environment isn't for everyone.
