Benefits and RRSP matching are good benefits to working at Oxford

Cons

- Management plays a LOT of favouritism, they promote people not based on their actual work but by who is popular and is a clear favourite. Mainly those who are WHITE to be honest. - Management nickle and dimes normal employees, but will spend hundreds of dollars towards Manager only lunches, dinners, "workshops", and conference trips. And don't forget the after parties because God forbid, they don't have a night cap drink after these fancy dinners.
