Pros

My management and coworkers were always willing to help and answer any questions that I might have had. I never felt belittled by management or my peers. I felt like I was able to hold a conversation with anyone who worked there and considered all of my coworkers to be more like friends. Owners and management truly care about their employees. Overall positive work environment. Ozinga Brothers make it a point to attend company events, and let all the employees know that they are there and appreciate what they do. Newly renovated offices have really transformed the place. Cubicles and kitchen are modern and are very pleasant to operate. Managers were more than willing to work around my school schedule as well as my recommendations for graduate school and new employment after college.

Cons

None that I experienced personally.

Pros

Health insurance. (No employee contribution for insurance) Easy work.

Cons

Everything else. Low pay. Work conditions. Equipment. Management. Long hours on some days, then no work on others. Seasonal work. No breaks. No lunch. No personal days. No cell phones allowed. No sick days. Dirty work. You will never get more than two weeks vacation. They will lie to you about how much money you will make. You'll be told you'll make at least 27 or more per hour. YOU ARE NOT GUARANTEED AN HOURLY WAGE! This is important because you will be working 5 to 15 hours for free every week. You will average 18 to 23 dollars straight time a week and this is only if you speed and cut corners anywhere you can due to long delays with traffic, loading and unloading. This is a perfect job if you don't care about making money or your driving record and want easy work.

Pros

Although the hiring process was lengthy, I realize it was done in order to make sure I was the best fit for the company, and them for me. I wake up excited to go to work every day, and each day is really an opportunity to be a part of new and exciting things in the industry. My team is a wonderful family away from my real family, people I have gotten very close to and trust more than any other in my entire career. I'm given a lot of autonomy in my role and am able to do things without being micro-managed. In fact, my manager encourages my ideas and growth. Couldn't ask for a better place to work.

Cons

Honestly, don't have any to mention
