You must be an ozinga family member to benefit, or atleast convince them you know how to run the plants in your state, everyone else is a number to them.

Fairly good benefits and a nice office building

If you are a white male who enjoyed the 1990's this is the place for you. Systems are dated, managers have been in their roles since the dawn of time, and the "old boys club" is alive and well.
