Ozinga has a great morale among co-workers and does a great job of making everyone feel valued and keeping the values and mission of the company in focus.

Cons

The daily volume for the concrete production industry can be fairly volatile, so that can make the work-life balance a challenge when working in dispatch, operations, or for drivers. Long hours and weekends when the company is busy, less hours when slower and in winter.
