Cons

They claim to be family and christian. Their actions towards employees are the opposite. You'll work around very miserable and hateful people. They have no problems lying to you to keep you around.

Not much great here other than the false reality owners attempt to present that it’s great

Cons

High turn around on all levels. Bad koolaide culture. Favoritism allows terrible managers to continue to erode the company from within. Despite record profits you have to beg for a small raise. Constant hypocrisy. Being a great worker is never rewarded with anything other than more work to force burnout. Very bad internal politics to the point of not being very function-able. As a manager we were constantly pressured to lie/ mislead employees.
