Not much great here other than the false reality owners attempt to present that it’s great

Cons

High turn around on all levels. Bad koolaide culture. Favoritism allows terrible managers to continue to erode the company from within. Despite record profits you have to beg for a small raise. Constant hypocrisy. Being a great worker is never rewarded with anything other than more work to force burnout. Very bad internal politics to the point of not being very function-able. As a manager we were constantly pressured to lie/ mislead employees.

It is a very family oriented company. They just don’t care about you, they care about your family too! I work with a great group of people. My home away from home. My work family!

Cons

We do have long hours during the busy season. They make up for it as a company during the winter hours though with shorter shifts.
