I have been working for this company for ever 3 years and it has gone completely downhill. This company does not value their employees at all. HR is a joke, they do not care or help their employees if you are not one of the managers/ favorites.
Their sister company Blair is just as terrible. They moved one of my coworkers to another terminal just to fire him because of "coworker allegations." HR NEVER investigated anything, just let him go. Now they refuse to help him move back even though he left his whole like to move for them. The only reason he was let go because the owner of the company is dating the coworker who has allegations sister. it was completely unfair and he is pending a lawsuit against the company now. They also let another lady go and had her replacement the NEXT day. If there's anything I've learned about this company it's that you are replaceable, not valued.
