Pros

Growing company, international presence, policies and processes are all in place and nailed down, large group of products in different fields. Good place to learn some basic skills. Good international opportunities. Learn and go.

Cons

Very high turnover especially among experienced resources. Knowledge or skill is generally not valued by management. Culture is to yell and belittle to apply pressure. Highly politicized managers. Don't stay around too long.

Lots of opportunities depending on what department/product you work in.

Cons

Support staff is horribly understaffed. If you are under 60% billed each quarter, you do not receive a bonus even when putting in all of the work. Little to no training. Little to no communication between departments.
