Pros

Work environment is relaxed and independent. Everyone is friendly and the social group puts a lot of effort into organizing office events.

Cons

Nobody seems to stick around very long, because of this, management roles and responsibility are constantly in transition. You can expect workload to increase without promotion or compensation. The pay is not great and the work is not gratifying. Unfortunately, there seems to be a lot of opportunity to move laterally but not up in the company.

The pay is below competitive and they may nickel and dime you so make sure you negotiate as much as you can coming in the door.
