Management is driving away all the outstanding employees. If you are a recent college grad, they pretend to care about you, but only because they don't have to pay you much. If you're an older employee, they just want you to go away. The company has a lot of potential, but it is squandered by its owners, Vista Equity. Vista's SOP is to take a company with virtual monopoly power, and squeeze it and its customers for every possible penny. When there's no value left, they'll throw it away.

Poor work environment. Every knowledgeable employee is too busy to put on a smile or help out the new comers. Corporate culture is low and the only group that is appreciated is the sales department. But even if sales are up they have such high employee turnover, including management, that its unbelievable anything gets done
