Great Place to Work

Pros

Collaborative teams and family-like atmosphere. The owners do what they can to provide a relaxed environment in a stressful industry. They clearly care about each employee with a great deal of training and company sponsored events. Plenty of constructive feedback is given with the goal of improvement, not finger pointing. I have been in the business for quite a while and all things considered this is a much better place than most competitors.

Cons

Most work areas are wide open. This is good for collaboration but can be distracting.

We could not agree more! The open work area concept can be distracting at times and we are working to establish more work areas and desks for staff to focus on the work at hand when needed. Finding a balance between creativity and consistency is a challenge. Creative solutions are always encouraged but deliverables to the client should follow consistent firm/brand guidelines. With our Incubator and Dev teams, we%E2%80%99re always looking for ways to improve our designs and processes. We encourage you to participate in these meetings if you aren%E2%80%99t already.
