Pros

P3 truly operates like a work family. In covid 19 crisis our leader stood by all of us and took care of us just like they would for one of their family members. It’s a you d company and work is crazy at times, but hey we all know that coming in. Highly recommend P3.

I can not think of any pros.

Cons

Start up company that lacks resources, training, and good leaders. unrealistic expectations in IT department, not uncommon to work 60-80 hours a week to hit their deadlines. No 401 K match. A lot of unhappy employees.
