Company could be more diverse. Production Manager causes more harm than good. Plays favorites. And I heard he should have been fired for preying on female workers, but somehow the camera footage was deleted.

Hot machines during summer Not enough space in breaking areas for COVID protocols. Shift are 12 hours no exceptions and start and end during rush hours making life Hell on days you have to work.
