Overtime opportunites, good hours, nice coworkers (sometimes), okay pay that could be better, thats about it honestly other than that

Cons

Where do i begin..... Terrible leadership that doesnt care much about you unless you mess up then they act like it is the end of the world, supervisors and management only care about numbers even when they say they dont, constant favoritism of those that should be drug tested, the list goes in.
