Everything from subpar, incompetent supervisors to disconnected clueless upper management. Most of the upper management and the supervisors don't even know how to run or anything about the machines they are supervising. This company preaches employee first but they are anything but. The only time they think about the employees is when they are figuring out new ways to screw them in order to make themselves look better to corporate. Employee ideas or suggestions are completely ignored. If you are an operator you get no breaks and you are on your feet for the full 12 hrs and now they are doing mandatory overtime where sometimes you are working 4 days in a row. They are also using an outdated point system so if you call off or have to leave early for any reason you get a point. There is also a completely unreasonable, as well as unattainable, expectations and demands placed on operators.

The lunch scene is a bit gaudy.
