Everything, HR is the rudest people in the whole place. Hours suck as well be better with 8 hour shifts.

Office workers seem to be paid fairly

Almost no diversity in management positions - look at the picture from their operations team meeting late 2019 on LinkedIn: 20+ people and they are all white males. Line workers work 12 hour shifts and the operators get no breaks.
