Good pay, great hours, 12 hour shifts (2 week rotation); 3 days 1st week, 4 days 2nd week. Lots of opportunity for overtime. On the job training. Flexible cross-training opportunities.

Cons

Work is pretty straightforward and can get mundane if you don't proactively seek to learn some new things.
