the simplicity of the job

i worked in monroe ohio. favoritism, management that parties with each other so if you have a complaint about a manager they have each others back. really low pay. you will not make a living pay there. zero diversity in management. if you are a minority, good luck getting a promotion. managers that will lie on you and no one will believe you. they do nice things for people they like that is going through a personal tradgedy but wont for others. i can go on and on and on about this place and how the employees are treated in there.
