A lot of recent changes, but most companies go through them

Pros

Benefits, pay and time off continue to be competitive compared to others around. Despite the changes, stability for those who try continues to be a guarantee.

Cons

Front line personnel and company leadership are not always on the same page on what improvements need to be made. It may be because they're looking at the issue through different lenses. The improvements that have been made have not all been received well by employees. It's not that the improvement wasn't necessary, but people are just hesitant to change even though it's what they strongly suggested to begin with.

Cons

Corporate wheels seem to be spinning. Loss of Mom & Pop feel. Disconnect between all levels of employee due to poor communication between different tiers.
