      Pros

      Company stock (PCAR) performs well with good dividends and ergonomic workspaces. Really that's all this place has going for it.

      Cons

      This review is for Dynacraft in McKinney, TX, which is underneath the PACCAR umbrella. The senior management in this particular Dynacraft location seem to lack overall people/management skills. Every task was micromanaged, and it was a regular occurrence for management to show obvious signs of aggression, disrespect, and lack of appreciation for employees in meetings.
