      - Good pay and benefits - Good opportunities for advancement or move into other departments

      Cons

      - Extremely overworked IT department, good luck getting support - Most employees at corporate are terrified of upper management - Out of date dress policy, if you are an analyst in a cube, it's a full suit and tie every day - Employee feedback is not generally acted upon in a meaningful way

      Benefits are great and there's a lot of opportunity to move up and stay with the company for a long time!

      Cons

      Such a conservative company. Cuts corners to save money. Was still using Windows XP and outdated software. Really negative and boring work environment.
