      Stable company with decent pay and benefits; there are many great and smart people that work there; lots of opportunity if you're considered high potential and have an MBA

      Cons

      Conservative and traditional company; proper appearance is enforced (suits and ties, hosiery, no heels taller than 3", no beards, etc); work-life balance hard to maintain since you are expected to be in the office at least 8 to 5

      Benefits and experience. The people PACCAR hires are exceptional and are trained to be better than most. Employees experience all aspects of business from purchasing to building senior management presentations

      Solid, profitable, and established company. Great benefits and great entry level salary. Dedicated to career development. Treats their employees very well.

      Cons

      Very traditional and set in their ways, some extremely outdated software that is not user-friendly but it works for them and has obviously aided in their success.
