      Pros

      The benefits are good, 5% match on 401K, immediately vested, plus a pension. Medical and dental are ok cost wise. It is nice that PACCAR offers so many (5) medical plans. It's easy to standout here, there are some groups that are lacking in motivation/skills so if you are a hard worker and care about improving things you will be standout

      Cons

      Some groups are dragging by day to day working with these groups is like pulling teeth. You will end up spending the majority of your time working through road blocks with these groups and often doing their job for them. If their work is upstream of yours you can expect your schedule to compress to allow them to complete their work, while your own work gets tighter and tighter
