Pros

Everybody knows about this company. Job security is very high if you do not work on the manufacturing side. This industry will be around a while. Lots of room for opportunity in different fields

Cons

Management needs to catch up to the times. Classes being taught about millenials to tenured employees is pointless because they do not know how to handle the new generation of employees coming in. Culture is good from employee to employee but the work culture is not desirable... wear tie and slacks everyday... no facial hair... must wear suit if you go to corporate. No working from home, no flex time, and company is behind on internal technologies

Pros

Strong economic stability in the industry, opportunities for advancement within and out of divisions, decent commute depending on where you live. Very professional work environment with solid structure. Great place to kick off your career and develop skills further.

Cons

Employees look like they are having the worst day of their life, every day. Constant turnover due to poor work life balance, causing issues getting unresolved and left behind for the next person. Most employees at the entry to mid level are replaceable in the eyes of senior management. This is reflected in the terrible compensation given the area the company is located in. Formal dress policy everyday. Even a slight color shade deemed "unprofessional" may get you sent home. Employees never feel truly comfortable in the environment fostered here. High workload is expected with minimal appreciation given.
