PACCAR is a very stable, and well respected company. The company has very generous benefits and will not work you to the bone like some other companies in the area.

Cons

The company sometimes has rules for what appears to be for the sake of having rules. Their pay is below average, and it is especially noticeable when you're living in such an expensive area.

The freedom to try new things and improve processes. The company encourages the am members to be Six Sigma trained, requiring two projects per year.

Cons

The location of the facility here in Columbus, MS as It is not the greatest place to live, being over 50 miles from anything.
