Pros

There are no pros to mention about this place.

Cons

Two words to sum it up - favoritism and politics. Shady practices and stabbing on others back. Manager does not talk to his employees, only talks with the team leads. Managers and directors do not keep up their promises to employees. Closed door policy is always emphasized. Job description during interview and day to day job functions do not match at all. They lie to you in your face during interview. There are only CONS to mention about this place. Please do not join this place and RUIN your career.

Pros

Dynacraft (a division of Paccar) has a mentoring program that, when it works, provides the employee with guidance towards improving within the company and a strategy for achieving those goals. Unfortunately, when a mentor is promoted (or resigns) they are not replaced, and one is left to muddle through the best one can. There are a lot of supervisors who care about their team members, sometimes it's enough.

Cons

There is a serious disconnect between first and second shifts. Not only in the way they are treated and in what is expected of them, but also in the consequences of not meeting those expectations. Currently the plant is moving to an emphasis on first shift production, with second shift backing, without seeming to even NOTICE that first shift can not, or will not build at quota. Meanwhile, they move more build teams to first shift, but production does not change. The problem will not be solved with more builders, if the supervisors remain the same.
