      Technical Center is the worst place to work in PACCAR

      There are no pros to mention about this place.

      Cons

      Two words to sum it up - favoritism and politics. Shady practices and stabbing on others back. Manager does not talk to his employees, only talks with the team leads. Managers and directors do not keep up their promises to employees. Closed door policy is always emphasized. Job description during interview and day to day job functions do not match at all. They lie to you in your face during interview. There are only CONS to mention about this place. Please do not join this place and RUIN your career.

      Pros

      Good experience, solid performing company financially. Lots of opportunities to fix things and drive change, however, your pressure to drive the change is thwarted by a micromanagement culture.

      Cons

      Personnel development, leadership practices, culture. Poor on boarding and HR experience. Company is very set in its ways and hard to drive the change you want. lots of pressure from above for results but very little "roadblock" removal from above to allow consistent repeatable results.
