Great product. Training area ok, but should have a dedicated shop area. Centrally located for student travel. Nice to include factory tour to see where components are installed. The ability to talk with floor workers.

Cons

No guidance for training program. Too much power point classroom. Very little hands on. Need to have a dedicated shop with training vehicle.

The freedom to try new things and improve processes. The company encourages the am members to be Six Sigma trained, requiring two projects per year.

Cons

The location of the facility here in Columbus, MS as It is not the greatest place to live, being over 50 miles from anything.
