      People at PACCAR are very friendly and want to do great work. The management is very focused on creating a quality environment and are family friend. Pension Plan.

      Cons

      The salary is below market rate for Seattle area. They claim to focus on innovation but the employees lack the skills to do so. Extremely lean.

      great and knowledgeable work force, good opportunities for professional development, challenging work, clear expectations of performance, opportunities to work on tasks, company has a great track record of success, and have opportunities to work on projects outside of your normal scope of work.

      no flex time in schedule, senior management has to be involved in most decisions, slow decision making due to company size, difficultly with projects due to decentralization of many tasks and information
