Pros
The team members are nice and the people they hire are generally alright, however, there is a lack of transparency that has lead to a sense of mistrust and blame culture.
Cons
Very primitive company with severe incongruence within management. The technology used is outdated the workplace environment is stuck in the vintage era. The pay is average, there is no working from home and you won't learn much in the engineering sense because the work is very repetitive.
