Pros

One if the last automotive manufacturers in Australia. Manageable workload.

Cons

Promotions are not based on skill or demonstrated experience. Having family or personal ties with management is enough to get ahead. Processes and policies are applied and interpreted differently in different situations, generally in favour of the hegemony; which is white dominant male, however there is now an artificially induced push for female empowerment, but this just extends to attractive white females. Skills and demonstrated experience are still irrelevant in the eyes of the hiring manager.

Pros

A lot of opportunities to learn new things

Cons

Work-life balance is non-existent, employees work hard with no acknowledgement from management, "at least you get paid" attitude from management, pushing for numbers at the expense of demoralized and over-worked employees.
