      Pros

      One of the only companies that still has a pension (minimum time to get it: 5 years), nice cafeteria. Most are great to work with.

      Cons

      If you get a boss that didn't hire you, or doesn't like you, they will do everything they can to get rid of you, and/or make your life miserable. It's amazing to see those that belittle dealers and make bad decisions get promoted. WFH going away.
