Chairman is volatile and emotionally unstable. The pay is barely enough to get by in the Seattle area. Defiantly can't afford to buy a house. Typical corporate money funnel that pays the top Executives 72-200 times more than the workers making their product makes in the same company. Factory Worker 42k-53K --- CEO 8Million - 15Million

The management and leadership is outdated. They don’t support career growth like they say they do. Also almost every single person there besides the executives are underpaid and overworked. They will one person doing the job of 3 people and then management pats themselves on the back when the company does well. I can promise you that most of the c-suite doesn’t care about the average employee and it trickles down to middle management because of the stress they place on them. The company would vastly improve if they realigned the culture at the top.
