Pros

Relatively stable work procedures and processes, so there's no need to reinvent the wheel. Some managers are genuine and supportive. Great stepping stone for the next career move outside the company.

Cons

Hardwork, results and experience are not rewarded especially if you're not a male Caucasian. If you're related to senior management you can make a quantum leap in positions.

Located on the eastside, easy access to downtown Bellevue and the park.

Cons

I cannot say this enough, please avoid this organization ( especially if you’re a person of color, it’s a white mans world in this organization and they’re hellbent on keeping it that way). Upper management is stuck in the 60s and has outright contempt for their employees ( doubly so if you’re a person of color). This place is stuck in the past and the technology you use in the office is barely functional. They’ll sell you on working here like a used car salesman tries to sell you a clunker as a sports car. This lace will destroy your mental well-being as you’re expected to give your all and still deal with the nastiness of those in charge.
