      Pension if you stick here forever

      Cons

      There is no set rules on promotion and years of experience. People with less experience are at higher levels and vice versa. HR is the most horrible department as they don't do anything. You need to be either a man or white to have a great career here otherwise you are just adding to metrics for "Equal Employment Opportunity Employer"

      In business for long time due to conservative financial decisions and lean work culture.

      Cons

      Very Traditional. Promotes personal family and contacts. No value for performance. Seniors commonly yell and curse in staff meetings and 1:1s. Abnormally high turnover due to this toxic culture. Management not willing to change technology and process at grassroots level, which leads to firefighting all the time.
