Some of the worst and nastiest people i have worked with. Your performance is based on if your manager likes you or not..your manager will make sure your name is damaged not only at the location but across the organization so you don't find another position..The work environment is so bad even the compliance department don't keep the managers accountable. Your work is not appreciated and you will face moody managers who will determine your fate. People will support eachother in the company instead of keeping eachother accountable..It is really who you know and not what you do. No flexibility if you have kids but manager can show up tired to work while you are kept on your toes. Not a stable environment to keep a job. I have seen co workers cry at work and complaining for being overworked. So much drama.
