      Pros

      -PACCAR is one of the few companies out there trying to bring their supply chain back to North America. -Focus is on "Made in USA" which is very commendable and rare these days. -Work in small teams that are knowledgeable in their assigned domain/product. -Location in the center of everything in downtown Bellevue

      -Business professional attire only requirement. -Limited work from home options

      Pros

      Profitable company, rigorous packaging standards.

      Cons

      Pay was too low for west. WA cost of living in my opinion, raises were low, management culture was poor and unfriendly, not able to adapt quickly and adopt new software or technology.

      Good company to work for. Never missed a paycheck during the pandemic.

      Cons

      BAs are desired and Masters required for upper level management. Telecommute is not supported for most of the company.
