      Great people to work with. Stable company with a long history of profitability. They offer the rare benefit of a pension.

      Cons

      Compensation is not competitive with the market. Must be in the office with no work from home option and must dress in business attire.

      Not flexible when it comes to remote work. Only one day a week is not right. Also, playing favorites is an issue. Openings are not always fair when it comes to the candidates.
