      Pros

      Wearing multiple hats allows you to learn new things, grow and develop. Management is flexible for the most part. It is the only "work-life" balance mechanism currently available and supported by the company president.

      Cons

      Culture of poor communication, reactive responses vs being proactive. Small company mindset within leadership team. Frequent change in leadership. Lack of innovation and opportunities to contribute fresh, new ideas.

      Need to lock down clear cut career paths/levels in the HR department. The lack of structure makes it difficult for people to see where careers can further grow.
