Work from home, decent wages

Cons

Company doesn't care about employees, went on a firing spree at one point, started changing policies and being a lot more strict than at the beginning, overall became a stressful workplace.

Became too bureaucratic as they became too big. Too many meetings and checkups for a part time role.

The community at Paper is welcoming and supportive; from managers to fellow tutors, everyone is willing to help if you need it. The job has good, flexible hours, and good pay.

Cons

The job can be a bit stressful sometimes, but there are always people to reach out to. When you start, there can seem like a lot that you don't know or haven't been told, but a little experience is all it really takes to become proficient.
